I am very disappointed in this company, I ordered some parts for my sons minibike back on May 3rd it is now may 21st and I have not recieved my order. The money was taken out of my account on May 5th and after several attempts to contact sprocket minibikes by telephone and email I have yet to get a hold of anyone.
